In 1996, two friends – David Hugh and Mike Offenburger – started an independent auto repair business in North Phoenix at 19th Avenue and Deer Valley Road – and Masterwerks Complete Auto Repair opened its doors. Starting out with one technician in the early years, Masterwerks core principle was to focus on customer service and accurate vehicle repair. Over time, Masterwerks expanded as the reputation for service and repair ability quickly spread throughout the community.
